In this video, I am sharing what my typical lunch is as a pregnant woman. Many pregnant women have asked me how I stay in shape during my second trimester.
The answer is simple.
1) eat nutritious meals
2) exercise regularly
3) stay away from deep fried, junk food
4) avoid sugary drinks
It is a simple answer but a very challenging task. We all have cravings and we tend to eat more when we are pregnant.
It is okay to eat more, just pick your food wisely and select nutrient-dense food. By doing so, we should be able to bear a healthy baby while keeping a optimal weight!
